The Space
As you step into The Granite House, you’re greeted by a stunning oversized relax sofa, taking center stage in the stylish living area. The space is further enhanced by vintage Nodo dining chairs from 1976, designed by Mauro Pasquinelli, and “The Rock” sofa by renowned Dutch designer Gerard van den Berg. A vintage Moon Lamp, attributed to Verner Panton, adds an artistic touch.
The well-equipped kitchen and chic bathroom, with dark plastered walls, provide both style and functionality. The cozy wood burner and underfloor heating keep you warm in winter, while air conditioning on both floors ensures comfort during the warmer months.
Up the solid oak staircase, you’ll find a charming mezzanine with a spacious double bed and plenty of storage.
Eco-friendly amenities from 8950 Cosmetica, a local Algarve brand, are provided, featuring 99% natural ingredients and without micro-plastics.
Outside, relax on the spacious terraces with stunning vineyard views. The Granite House also boasts an herb garden and an orchard with fruit trees like lemon, orange, lime, and the rare Pera de Monchique apple. A beautiful plunge pool, complete with a deck, sun loungers, and parasols, offers the perfect spot to unwind in this idyllic setting.

The Granite House is available for rentals starting from 4 nights, with no fixed changeover day, allowing flexibility for arrival and departure on any day. However, during July, August, and the Christmas and New Year’s period, the minimum stay is 7 nights. Additionally, bookings during this time must either be connected to an existing reservation or have a gap of at least 7 nights between them.
